This includes one-on-one private sessions with students and their parents for a truly comprehensive transition to college. Together we’ll tailor the package to meet your needs; from applying to making the big move, you can leave the stress behind when we work together.
I can help you with:
- Choosing the right school based on healthcare needs
- Identifying and applying for what you’ll need to succeed at school! Academic, housing, dining, transportation, and recreation accommodations
- Crafting the perfect questions for the disability support office
- Creating a list of disability-specific questions for college tours
- Planning for continuity of care at school so you never skip a beat
- Documentation review and development as needed
- Strategies for medication management. This is a big one!
- Planning for hiring and managing a Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
- Finally, I help parents understand their role as their student transitions to college

- Each meeting is tailored to your needs and includes a customized summary email of the appointment, sent to the student and parent after each session
Note: Contracts are good for one year from sale date. Unused hours expire at the end of each contract year. Hours do not roll over.

Post-Transition College Coaching Fees
Once students sign on the dotted line and commit to college, the next phase begins!
The transition to college can be challenging for all, but students with physical disabilities and health conditions often experience more complications than most. It’s my role to support your student by providing the customized one-on-one coaching sessions they need to succeed.
